After the installation of the helical gear reducer, the installation position of the transmission parts of the machine must be checked effectively and comprehensively to ensure the normal operation and rotation of the machine. Before operation, the helical gear reducer oil level should be filled until it flows out of the screw hole, and then the no-load test should be carried out for about 2 hours. When the machine can run smoothly without vibration, impact, noise or oil leakage, everything is normal and the oil level of the machine needs to be checked regularly.
