1. The ZQ reducer used for higher vacuum can not be directly discharged into the atmosphere. For example, the pressure difference between the suction port and the exhaust port of the ZQ reducer will be too large, resulting in overload. In order to ensure that the higher vacuum can be reached, it is necessary to ensure the space between the rotors of the ZQ reducer.

2. During operation, it is necessary to set up a front stage pump. The ZQ reducer will be started when the pressure in the system is sucked to a certain range by the front stage pump, so as to avoid overload of the ZQ reducer. The front stage pump can select water ring vacuum pump, rotary vane vacuum pump, slide valve vacuum pump, reciprocating vacuum pump and other vacuum pumps that can directly discharge the atmosphere.

3. As its rotor keeps turning over, the sucked gas is sucked into the space between the rotor and the pump casing from the air inlet, and then discharged through the exhaust port. Since the space is fully closed after suction, the gas in the pump chamber does not shrink or swell. However, when the top of the rotor turns around the edge of the exhaust port, and the space is connected with the exhaust side, some gas will recoil into the space due to the high gas pressure at the exhaust side, Make the gas pressure rise sharply. When the rotor continues to change, the gas is discharged out of the pump.
