Measures to improve fatigue of hardened gear reducer:

(2) Improve the environmental conditions of the reducer, adopt forced blowing, and reduce the oil temperature of the reducer body.
(3) Negotiate with the manufacturer to change the material of intermediate gear shaft from 20CrMnTi to 20CrMnMo to improve its comprehensive mechanical properties and prolong its service life.
(4) Maintain and operate carefully, strengthen inspection, ensure the amount of lubricating and cooling oil, and replace the medium in time to ensure the oil quality and performance.
(5) It is planned to add oil circuit circulation facilities.
(6) In addition, the oil pump of the oil tank replaces the fixed oil in the oil pool of the small capacity engine with the flowing oil to further reduce the cooling, inject oil, improve the lubrication capacity and improve the contact state.
