Helical gearbox 1Ts2U-160 with a center distance of 160 mm.It has four helical gears in two transmission stages.This scheme offers gear ratios up to 1/40 while maintaining 97% efficiency when only 3-4% of the power goes into heat.The input shaft speed is up to 1800 rpm, which makes it compatible with the most common general purpose industrial electric motors with a speed of 1500 rpm.The torque is 1250 Nm.The scope of application is general mechanical manufacturing equipment requiring a large amount of drive power.
The Ts2U-160 is built according to the classic layout, splitting the crankcase in two at the compression point of the bearing housing.
