1. During the long-term operation of the reducer, the temperature of the oil tank and the bearing will rise and the temperature of the heated oil tank cannot exceed 35 °C, and the temperature of the bearing and the temperature exceeding 45 °C should not be higher than the temperature.


2. If the situation requires the reducer to operate for a long time in an emergency, the equipment should be equipped with a cooling system, so that the reducer can work without error for a long time.The reducer is equipped with a cooling spiral tube, and the user can connect some cooling water by himself. When the cooling water passes through the spiral tube, the heat is transferred to the cooling water, and the heat is transferred out, so as to achieve the cooling effect.


3. The cooling water flow rate should not be too large, but it must be able to pass through the reducer freely.


4. If the deceleration does not work for a long time, there will be a danger of freezing, so the cooling water must be drained.
