1.Bearing and gear assembly


Generally, there is interference fit between bearing and shaft, gear and shaft in cycloidal pinwheel reducer. In fact, during assembly, the shaft, bearing and gear are usually put into the oil pool for heating. Due to the deformation and softening due to heating, they can be assembled in this state. This is the assembly method of interference fit. Put the parts into the oil, mainly to make the parts evenly heated and deformed. However, because the oil in the oil pool needs to be heated continuously, it needs to consume a lot of energy. Moreover, the volatilization of oil products also has great losses. At present, natural gas is generally used for local dynamic heating in factories. Although this heating method has good effect without oil heat, it has low energy consumption, short time and low cost.


2. Bearing end cover assembly


Because of the different forms of bearing end cover structure. Determine the different assembly sequence of the bearing end cap in the assembly process. Generally, the embedded bearing end cover shall be installed before the box is closed, and the flange bearing end cover shall be completed after the box is closed. However, in the actual assembly process, the lower case of the flange bearing end cover is assembled first (but not tightened), then the case is closed, and then the bearing end cover is connected with the upper case with bolts. According to the assembly principle, this is not conducive to the control of the overall position of the bearing end cover and the adjustment of the clearance. However, due to the low requirements for the accuracy of cycloidal pinwheel reducer, this also limits the development of assembly technology to a certain extent.
