1. The oil in the oil drain tank should be able to be cleared, and the air cooling circulation system should be smooth.It is basically unreliable. It will cause vibration and noise during operation, and promote damage to rolling bearings and transmission gears.When the connection parts of the transmission system have protrusions or when the transmission system of transmission gears, sprockets and chains is selected, the safety device should be modified. When the output shaft bears a large tangential load, the thickened type should be used.

4. Assemble the equipment in accordance with the regulations to ensure that managers can easily access the oil level gauge, breather plug, and oil drain plug.After the installation is in place, the performance of the installation part should be comprehensively checked in order, and the stability of the clamping of each standard part should be able to rotate flexibly after installation.The reducer adopts septic tank splash lubrication. Before operation, the customer needs to take out the screw plug of the ventilation port and replace the ventilation plug.Press different installation positions and open the oil level plug screw to check the relative height of the oil level line. Apply oil from the oil level plug until the grease overflows from the oil level plug screw hole. Tighten the oil level plug and check if it is correct. , you can start a full-load test run, which should not be less than 2 hours.The operation should be stable, without impact, vibration, noise or water and oil leakage. Abnormalities should be cleared immediately.

The amount of oil in the R series helical gear reducer with hard tooth surface should be checked after passing a certain stage to avoid possible leakage in the casing. If the temperature is too high or too low, the type of grease can be changed.
