Factors that the bearings of planetary reducer can't work

To correctly find out the cause of bearing failure of planetary reducer, we need to analyze and solve it from many aspects.
1. First, protect the site of damaged bearing parts. Before disassembling the bearing, write down the relevant conditions, especially the position of the outer (inner) ring of the bearing relative to the load direction of the bearing seat.
2. Pay attention to the abnormal phenomena before bearing damage, such as vibration, noise, temperature rise, motor current change and external load change, etc.
3. Measurement of geometric tolerance of bearing installation part of planetary reducer, analysis of fit between bearing and journal and shaft shell, investigation of installation fit and use of bearing seat, and whether the method of bearing installation and disassembly is correct.
4. Analysis and calculation of working state parameters of bearing during operation, such as load, speed and relevant data of bearing.
