When the shaft extension part of the planetary reducer is sealed by the skeleton oil seal, the structural form of the skeleton oil seal and the shaft extension part is that the skeleton oil seal directly contacts the shaft (the contact part between the shaft and the oil seal is hardened) and the skeleton oil seal directly contacts the oil seal bushing and then the oil seal bushing contacts the shaft (the oil seal bushing is hardened as a whole). These two types of structures have their own advantages and disadvantages. In the design of planetary reducer, both of them are adopted. Generally, if the follow-up maintenance is required to be convenient, we often use the form of oil seal bushing and shaft fitting.


After the planetary reducer operates for 10min without load, the oil seal bushing and shaft move relatively; There will be a small amount of oil leakage at the joint of oil seal and oil seal bushing after idling for about 1h; During operation, the oil seal bushing moves outward; The contact temperature between oil seal and oil seal bushing is too high.


According to the above problem analysis, in order to ensure that the matching between the oil seal bushing and the shaft in the planetary reducer meets the design and use requirements. Interference fit is required, and the minimum interference cannot be too small. At the same time, it is necessary to consider the impact of interference fit on the outer diameter of the bushing. According to the above basic principles, two implementation schemes are formulated: Scheme 1 is to match the bushing according to the size of the shaft, and Scheme 2 is to match the shaft according to the size of the bushing. Under the condition that the shaft and bushing are both finished, in order to meet the design and use requirements, Scheme I can be adopted, which can reduce the cost, and the same batch of bushings can continue to be used in the future. Subsequent products put into production shall be implemented according to Scheme II, so as to better control the size.
