How to deal with oil leakage of non-standard reducer
As we all know, the common methods to control the oil leakage of non-standard reducer include fastening method, adjustment method, dredging method, sealing method, plugging method, replacement method, repair method, transformation method, etc. Today, let's explain the first two methods. If you want to know other methods, please look forward to the news in the next issue:
Fastening method: by fastening the screws, nuts and pipe joints at the leakage part, the oil leakage caused by the loose connection part of the non-standard reducer can be eliminated. Generally, in the process of leakage treatment, pay attention to check the fastening of each connecting part. During daily maintenance, the operator must also pay attention to this problem. It is required to fasten the loose parts immediately to prevent oil leakage or other accidental faults and accidents.
Adjustment method: reduce the system pressure by adjusting the oil pressure of the hydraulic lubrication system of the non-standard reducer, adjust the sliding bearing and reduce the gap between the bearing hole and the journal, so as to reduce the leakage caused by excessive overflow everywhere of the non-standard reducer. Adjust the oil scraper, such as the looseness, tightness, high and low of the felt, to overcome the oil leakage caused by the failure of the oil scraper.
Remind everyone to make rational use of non-standard reducers. The above is the fastening method and adjustment method. Today's small series will come to an end here. We'll get together again next time.
