However, after 200 to 300 hours of operation, the first oil replacement can be completed, and the oil quality can be checked in the later use process for a period of time, The relevant oil mixed with abnormal or deteriorated must also be replaced as soon as possible. Moreover, only when the reducer is assembled in a matching condition can it be confirmed that the service time of the reducer needs to be as long and efficient as possible.
1. For the reducer that operates for a long time, the new oil shall be replaced according to 5000 hours of operation or once a year. For the reducer that stops operation for a long time, the new oil shall also be replaced before the second operation. The reducer shall be added with the same oil as the original trademark and shall not be mixed with the oil of different trademarks, Oils with the same trademark but different viscosity can be mixed.
2. When changing the oil, wait until the reducer cools down and the combustion will not stop. However, it is still necessary to keep warm, because after cooling, the oil viscosity increases and the oil leakage is abnormal. Be careful to cut off the power supply of the driving device to prevent inadvertent energization.
3. In the process of operation, if the oil temperature rises by more than 80 ℃ or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise occurs, stop the function, check the causes, eliminate the faults and replace the lubricating oil before continuing the operation.
4. Users also need to have reliable operation protection and inspection rules. They need to carefully write down the operation of the reducer and the abnormalities they see during inspection. Before the reducer is put into operation, lubricating oil with appropriate viscosity must be added. The reduction of friction between gears needs to be used to reduce the load caused by high load and impact, The reducer can play a better role.
In addition, the reducer shall be installed at the temperature with good ventilation effect and cooling requirements. Prevent in places that are too hot or humid. The reducer motor must be connected correctly. There are grounding devices and symbols in the wiring device. There is also a demand for the working environment of reducer motor.
First, after 200 hours of use, the smooth oil must be drained and washed clean, and then add new smooth oil to the center of the oil standard. Too high or too low oil level may lead to abnormal operating temperature.
