Brief introduction of planetary cycloid reducer
The entire transmission device of the planetary cycloid reducer can be divided into three parts: input part, deceleration part and output part; according to the structural form, it can be divided into four types: horizontal type, vertical type, direct connection type and double shaft type.
1. Large transmission ratio.One-level, two-level, three-level and more combinations can be adopted as required.
2. High transmission efficiency.Since the meshing part of the machine adopts rolling meshing, the average efficiency can reach more than 90%.
3. Few faults, long life.The main transmission meshing parts are made of bearing steel grinding, so the mechanical properties and wear resistance are good, and because of rolling friction, there are few failures and long life.
4. The operation is stable and reliable.Due to the multi-teeth meshing in the transmission process, it makes it run smoothly and reliably with low noise.
5. Easy disassembly and assembly: easy maintenance.
6. Strong overload capacity.Impact resistance, small moment of inertia, suitable for frequent starting and forward and reverse operation.

High speed ratio: The maximum speed ratio of the primary transmission is 87; the maximum speed ratio of the secondary transmission is 7569, and more transmission stages can be used as required
