R series reducer, how do you store it?

After receiving the R series reducer, the long storage period is 6 months, but it must be guaranteed that the packaging is complete. The storage place shall not be open, the temperature shall not be lower than + 5 ℃, not higher than + 40 ℃, and the relative humidity shall not be greater than 80%.

The package shall not withstand collision, vibration, heavy pressure, etc. When stopping R series reducer, if necessary maintenance work (such as cleaning and lubrication) is done, the reducer can be stored for a period of time but not longer than three months. At the same time, ensure that the environment is closed, dust-free and corrosive objects. The minimum temperature shall not be less than + 5 ℃, and the maximum temperature shall not be greater than + 40 ℃. The position is easy to check for deformation, extrusion, damage, etc. Free from collision, vibration, heavy pressure, etc.

Open the package and do not dismantle the base plate (if possible) for future transportation. Open the file package and check whether the contents of the file are equal to what the package says. R series reducer and other facilities (negotiated with the manufacturer) must be in a complete protection state.

Before transportation, it must be carefully checked. After receiving the R series reducer, it is better to check whether it is intact. If you find something wrong, immediately notify the manufacturer and install it according to the instructions.
