Most of the time it is negligent in the process of using the gear reducer, and the bearings are not lubricated and maintained, which leads to this phenomenon. One is that the surface hardness of the gear itself is not enough, and the surface of the gear is damaged and seized after being stressed;

The third is that there is a problem with the proper lubrication system; and the torque transmitted by the gear exceeds the design capacity.There are many possible reasons.

Fourth, the gears and bearings of the reducer are broken, which manifests as noise, excessive clearance, and too fast temperature rise.

The reasons for bearing damage in the reducer are:

1: The bearing cavity is not cleaned or the grease added is not clean.Solution The gearbox cleaning and maintenance machine uses the original lubricating oil of the gearbox to clean the gearbox without adding any cleaning agent and will not pollute the gears; the filtered oil can be used again in low-end occasions to realize resource recycling use.

2: Due to the high temperature rise of the motor body, the bearing grease is not replenished in time, causing the bearing to lack oil or even burn out.

3: Improper bearing assembly leads to improper fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the bearing, and the phenomenon of running the inner ring occurs. Uneven knocking when installing the motor end cover causes the bearing chamber of the end cover to fit too loosely with the outer ring of the bearing, resulting in the phenomenon of running the outer ring.Whether running the inner ring or the outer ring will cause the temperature rise of the bearing to rise sharply during operation and burn it, especially the inner ring will cause serious wear and bending of the shaft.However, under normal circumstances, the intermittent running of the outer ring will not cause a sharp rise in the bearing temperature. As long as the bearing is not worn, the phenomenon of intermittent running of the outer ring is allowed.

4: Due to the axial misalignment of the stator and rotor cores or the lack of precision after re-machining the shaft, the inner and outer rings of the bearing are not on the same cutting plane, which causes the temperature of the bearing to rise after running 'uncomfortable' until it burns.

5: The bearing is replaced again. After the motor end cover is nested, the interference is too large or the ovality exceeds the standard, which causes the bearing ball clearance to be too small or uneven, which will cause the friction force to increase during the operation of the bearing, and the temperature will rise sharply until the bearing is burned.

6: The bearing is damaged due to the mixed use of different types of grease.

7: If the standby machine does not run for a long time, the grease will deteriorate, and the bearing will rust without maintenance.
