Step 2 of the installation: place the screw plug on the tech hole around the reducer flange, unscrew the screw plug, rotate the input end of the reducer, align the locking hex socket screw cover with the tech hole, insert the hex socket, and release Unlocking hexagon socket screw.

Step 3: Hold the drive motor by hand, place the shaft on the shaft, and straighten the locking screw of the speed end hole, then pierce the drive shaft into the input end hole of the reducer.When piercing, make sure that the concentricity on both sides is parallel to the flanges on both sides.If the concentricity is different or the flanges on both sides are not parallel, it is necessary to find out the reason.In addition, its hammering equipment is strictly prohibited, that is, it can prevent the axial force or radial force of the hammer from damaging the bearings of the two, and it can also distinguish whether the cooperation between the two is suitable for the equipment.The way to distinguish the concentricity of the parallelism of the two cooperating flanges is: after the two are inserted into each other, the flanges of the two are tightly connected, and the gap is the same.
