Analysis of the reason why the planetary gear of the planetary reducer cannot rotate


During the disassembly and inspection of the planetary gear, the maintenance personnel of the Babman planetary reducer found the following three problems:


(1) The thrust pads on both sides are seriously ablated and melted;

(2) There is a large amount of oil sludge at the copper bushing, which causes the lubricating oil passage to be blocked, and the copper bushing is cracked as a whole, with an axial extension of nearly 30 mm; (3) The pin shaft is locally cracked.


Based on the analysis of the above damage causes, after the copper bushing is blocked in the lubricating hole, the copper bushing will rise sharply, and the temperature will rise to a certain extent, which will cause the copper bushing to crack and expand, and finally contact with the thrust pads on both sides. After the thrust pads are squeezed, the temperature will rise rapidly, and finally ablate, so the pin shaft will bear large torque and high temperature, resulting in cracks.
