Troubleshooting of gear reduction motor

Whether it is a geared motor or a geared motor, its faults usually have many different classifications. For example, the voltage is unstable, the capacitor is not installed correctly, the starter component is faulty, the gear, shaft center and bearing are damaged, the connecting line is broken, the fixing is poor, etc. However, its performance is usually divided into nine categories. The following is a summary of various gear reduction motor faults:
1: Under no-load condition, the motor does not rotate.
The reasons are: improper voltage; The capacitor is connected incorrectly or not connected; Poor action of single-phase motor starter; Damage of gears, shafts and bearings;
2: The motor does not rotate under load.
The fault may be caused by the motor or the motor running under overload, or the gear may be damaged;
3: Abnormal fever
The possible causes of this fault are: overload operation; High or low voltage, bearing wear, etc;
4: The noise is too loud
The causes of this fault are usually bearing damage and gear wear;
5: Abnormal unstable running noise;
The reasons for this are: the gear bearing is seriously worn or the motor is not well fixed, and the flange screws are loose;
6: Too much vibration
When the vibration is too large, of course, you need to check whether the mounting screws on the foot or flange are fixed. Other possible reasons are: insufficient oil, oil pollution, etc;
7: Brake failure
The causes of such faults usually include: the clearance is too large or too small, which is generally called brake fault;
8: Oil leakage
Oil leakage usually leads to the rapid depletion of oil in the equipment, resulting in heating, gear damage and a series of problems;
9: The coil is damaged.
The causes of this problem are usually complex, which may be voltage problems or current problems. In addition, coil damage may also occur when the capacitor is not well installed or water enters.
