The core differences between ZSY, ZDY and ZLY gear reducers lie in the number of transmission stages, structural features and applicable working conditions: ZDY is a single-stage transmission with a simple structure and is suitable for preliminary deceleration scenarios; ZLY is a two-stage transmission with both reduction ratio and compactness in mind; ZSY is a three-stage transmission with a larger reduction ratio and stronger load-bearing capacity, and is suitable for heavy-load and low-speed applications.
The detailed differences are as follows:
1. Transmission series and reduction ratio
ZDY: Single-stage transmission, the nominal transmission ratio range is 1.25~5.6, suitable for occasions where the demand for deceleration is not high.
ZLY: Two-stage transmission, with a transmission ratio range of 6.3 to 20, suitable for medium deceleration needs.
ZSY: Three-stage transmission with a wider transmission ratio range (22.4~100), which can achieve substantial deceleration and meet the requirements of low speed and high torque output.
2. Structure and performance characteristics
ZDY: The split casting box is used for easy maintenance; the gears are processed by high-precision gear grinding and have the characteristics of low noise and low vibration.
ZLY: Modular design, high degree of standardization, good interchangeability of parts; using oil pool lubrication, smooth operation and easy maintenance.
ZSY: The center distance, transmission ratio and other parameters have been optimized and designed. The whole machine is small in size and light in weight, but has strong load-bearing capacity and is suitable for continuous heavy-load operation.
3, application scenarios
ZDY: Commonly used in metallurgy, mining, lifting and transportation and other equipment that require single-stage deceleration, such as belt conveyors, elevators, etc.
ZLY: Widely used in cement mills, crushers, conveying systems and other medium-load conditions that require stable transmission.
ZSY: It is mostly used in heavy industrial scenarios with high torque requirements such as belt conveyors, cranes, and large mixing equipment.
4. Common points
All three belong to the "hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer" series ("Y" stands for hard tooth surface). The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel carburizing and quenching process, with high tooth surface hardness (HRC54-62), long life and high efficiency (three-stage transmission efficiency >90%).
They are all designed and produced in accordance with the national standard JB/T8853-2001. The input speed generally does not exceed 1500r/min, and the working environment temperature is -40℃~45℃.
