During the disassembly and inspection of the driving bevel gear, bearing and other parts at the input end, it was found that the inner hole of the bearing seat and the outer circle of the input shaft were strained, and the disc sand belt was used for polishing; Inspect the removed tapered roller bearing at the upper end of the input. If there is any sign of damage at the small end of the bearing, replace the bearing immediately.

2. Treatment of inner hole of bearing seat

When inspecting the inner hole of the self-aligning bearing installed at the inner end of the bearing seat, it was found that the hole size was out of tolerance in the early stage, and chrome plating was carried out, and the transition copper was exposed in many places. The bearing seat is made of nodular cast iron, and there is residual part at the chrome-plated part. Since it can also support the bearing, it can be coated with anaerobic adhesive on site to prevent the outer ring of the bearing from running and further aggravate the expansion of the inner hole.
