1. If the planetary reducer has a half-coupling, please remove the half-coupling first, remove the fixing bolts, screw the nuts onto the bolts for a reasonable storage space, and check whether the upper shell is damaged or cracked;

2. If bolts are missing or other abnormal conditions are detected, insert a large rod into the upper case and lift it onto the prepared bottom plate;

3. Measure the clearance of each bearing with a tactile gauge or lead wire compression.Multiple measurement points for each set of bearings should be recorded, and the lubricating oil in the planetary reducer should be drained and stored in special oil drums;

4. Take out the driving shaft and the driven shaft assembly, mark the grid position of the gears, place each gear assembly on a dry wooden board, stabilize it in an orderly manner to prevent collisions, and remove the bearings and gears of each shaft;

5. When disassembling, please be careful not to damage the parts in the device.Clean parts and dry.If the parts are damaged, please replace them in time.Clean bearings, boxes and gears with kerosene in preparation for subsequent inspection.
