Will the radial clearance standard of the XLED53-595-1.5 reducer cycloidal wheel change with use time?

XLED53-595-1.5 The radial clearance standard of the cycloidal wheel of the reducer is usually fixed. Generally, the tooth side clearance standard of the cycloidal wheel of the cycloid pinwheel reducer is usually in the range of 0.03-0.06mm. However, as the use time increases, the actual radial clearance of the cycloidal wheel will change. The reasons for the change are as follows:

  • Parts wear : As the running time increases, there is constant contact and friction between the tooth surface of the cycloidal wheel and the pin teeth of the pin tooth housing. The tooth surface will gradually wear and the tooth thickness will gradually become thinner, thereby gradually increasing the radial gap. Especially under high load and frequent start and stop conditions, the wear rate will be faster and the gap change will be more obvious.

  • Bearing damage : The operation of the cycloid wheel depends on the good support of the bearing. If the bearing suffers from fatigue, pitting corrosion, raceway wear and other conditions due to long-term use, the running position of the cycloid wheel will shift, the radial runout will increase, and the radial gap between the cycloid wheel and the pin gear shell will become uneven or overall larger.

  • Component deformation : During long-term operation of the reducer, the cycloidal wheel, pin gear shell and other components may undergo thermal or mechanical deformation due to high temperature, overload and other factors. For example, changes in the inner diameter of the pin tooth shell after thermal expansion will affect the matching clearance with the cycloidal wheel, causing the radial clearance to deviate from the initial standard value.

  • Loose installation : During use, if the bolts fixing key components such as the pin gear housing and bearing seat become loose, the relative positions between the components will change, resulting in abnormal clearance between the cycloidal wheel and the pin gear housing.
