Product Description
The Zlyj series reducer is a high precision hard tooth surface with a thrust seat designed for plastic screw extruders.The product design adopts the technical scope stipulated by JB/T8853-2001, which is characterized by gears and shafts.The parts are made of high-strength alloy steel, and the gears are processed through carburizing, quenching and gear grinding.The precision of the gear is GB10095-88, the hardness of the liquid surface is HRC54-62, and the super large thrust bearing is arranged at the front end of the hollow output shaft to withstand the working circuit of the screw, and the main standard parts are made of domestic high-quality products due to the bearing and oil seal , and can also be equipped with imported products according to user needs.The whole machine has small size, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency.The product performance has reached the international advanced level and can replace the imported products of the same type.
