The normal operating temperature of the XLD7-87-4KW cycloid pin wheel reducer lubrication system usually does not have special regulations for this specific model, and generally follows the general standards of cycloid pin wheel reducer. Its working environment temperature is generally -10℃~40℃. When the reducer is running, the internal lubricating oil temperature should generally not exceed 90℃, while the maximum temperature in the reducer should usually not exceed 80℃. During normal operation, the temperature rise should usually be less than 45℃.
Direct measurement of thermometer : According to JB/T 5288.1-1991 cycloid pin wheel reducer temperature rise measurement method, a thermometer with a index value of 0.5℃ can be used for measurement. Place the thermometer in a position that can be contacted with the reducer lubricant to read the working temperature of the lubricant. At the same time, a thermometer is placed 1.5m from the surface of the reducer to be measured, and the height of the measuring point from the ground and the axis line of the reducer to measure the ambient temperature. The thermometer should be placed without being affected by external radiant heat and airflow. The ambient temperature value and the working temperature value should be read at the same time. The temperature rise of the reducer is calculated by the difference between the two.
Infrared thermometer measurement : It can be measured using an infrared thermometer. During operation, press and hold the switch on the thermometer rocker to center the infrared rays with the components of the device being tested, and move up and down and left and right at the measurement location. The display screen will read the highest temperature data. This method can avoid contact with high-temperature components and can quickly obtain temperature, but attention should be paid to maintaining a safe distance and effective distance from the equipment under test, and infrared cannot illuminate both eyes.
Oil temperature sensor monitoring : Oil temperature sensor is a commonly used temperature monitoring device. It is usually installed in the appropriate position in the fuel tank of the reducer, which converts the temperature into an electrical signal, and displays the oil temperature in real time through the control system or the instrument surface panel. When the oil temperature exceeds the set safety range, an alarm signal can be issued in time so that the operator can take measures such as cooling in a timely manner. During use, the sensor surface must be cleaned regularly to prevent the accumulation of dust and oil from affecting the sensitivity, and to check its working status regularly.
Resistance thermometer measurement : Resistance thermometer can be installed downstream of the oil cooler at the outlet of the oil circuit system to transmit the main data of the measurement and can also be used for remote temperature indication. In addition, a resistance thermometer can be installed in the radial thrust bearing as temperature monitoring. When the maximum allowable temperature is reached, the reducer gear mechanism input motor can be stopped, and an alarm signal can be issued when the high oil temperature reaches.
