1. The cycloid reducer is allowed to be used in a continuous working state, while allowing forward and reverse rotation.Some models of cycloidal reducers only allow one-way rotation.2. The working positions of the horizontal cycloid reducer are all horizontal.The maximum horizontal tilt angle during installation is usually less than 15°.When the temperature exceeds 15°, other measures should be taken to ensure adequate lubrication and prevent oil leakage.4. The output shaft of the cycloid reducer cannot withstand large axial and radial forces.When the axial force and radial force are large, other measures must be taken.

1. The horizontal cycloid reducer is lubricated by the oil pool under normal conditions, and the oil level can be kept in the middle of the oil window.When the working conditions are harsh and the ambient temperature is high, circulating lubrication can be used.

2. The cycloid reducer is generally lubricated with 40# or 50# mechanical oil at room temperature.In order to improve the performance of the reducer and prolong the service life of the cycloid reducer, it is recommended to use 70# or 90# extreme pressure gear.When working at high and low temperatures, engine oil, lubricating oil should be reconsidered.

3. The vertical installation of the planetary cycloid reducer should strictly prevent the oil pump from cutting off the oil, so as not to damage the reducer parts.

4. When refueling, you can turn the breather cap on the upper part of the seat to refuel.When draining oil, turn the oil drain plug at the bottom of the main valve seat to drain dirty oil.The reducer does not have lubricating oil when it leaves the factory.

5. New oil should be replaced for 100 hours after the first refueling (and clean the internal dirty oil), then continue to work, and replace it every six months (8-hour working system).If the working conditions are not good, the oil change time can be shortened appropriately.Practice has proved that frequent cleaning and oil change of the reducer (for example, 3-6 months) plays an important role in prolonging the service life of the reducer.Lubricating oil should be replenished frequently during use.

6. The factory-made reducer is lubricated and replaced every six months.Grease adopts aluminum disulfide 2# or 2L-2# lithium base grease.
