Installation, Use and Maintenance

1. The gears are lubricated by a closed gearbox oil pool.The oil level of the lubricating oil is indicated by the circular oil dipstick on the base.When the reducer is at a standstill, the oil level is within the range indicated by the oil mark.

2. Lubricating oil is generally HJ40-50 mechanical oil.HL20-30 gear oil can also be used.

3. Special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the oil in the initial stage of reducer operation.If the engine oil is dirty (especially the mixture of metal foam), the oil should be changed immediately, and the dirt in the body should be removed when changing the oil.The quality of the oil must be checked regularly (not less than once every six months).

4. The state of the meshing working surface should be checked regularly, especially when scraping the tooth surface at the beginning of work, if the scraping area does not exceed 20% of the working surface of the tooth (along the length of the tooth and the height of the tooth), it is allowed to use A whetstone or scraper for light trimming.

5. If you need to open the cover for maintenance, please pay attention to whether the cover is coated with sealant.If sealant is present, use the screw holes in the cover to open it with a screw.Do not hammer the sealing surface.Leakage must be checked after maintenance.Are there any scratches on the surface and through-hole covers, any sealant residues, and any oil leaks that could be caused.
