Preparations before maintenance:
(1) Preparation for on-site inspection.The overhaul site implements fixed location management. Before starting work, complete the layout of the overhaul site, check that all safety measures must be implemented, the work ticket has been processed, and the opening conditions are met.
(2) Preparation of spare parts and T equipment.Before opening the T, conduct a comprehensive inspection and check on the materials and spare parts used in the maintenance to ensure they are in good condition and available; conduct a comprehensive visual inspection and experiment on the maintenance tools used, cable reels, electric tools, and lifting tools. Within the inspection period, and the appearance inspection is qualified.After passing the inspection, all of them will be transported to the designated location on the maintenance site.
(3) Disclosure before work.The person in charge of the work explains the safety precautions, maintenance quality requirements, and T operation progress to the Ding team, and enters T to start the on-site maintenance work.
(4) Preparation of maintenance guidance documents.The maintenance guidance document refers to the steps to complete the maintenance work, process requirements and acceptance quality standards. After the inspection work is finished, how to disassemble the reducer? And what are the related precautions? Let's take a look.
(1) Mark the relative position of the upper and lower joint surfaces of the reducer, remove the fastening bolts on the joint surface of the upper and lower covers of the reducer, replace the damaged bolts, and remove the positioning pins.Check whether the bolts are damaged or damaged, and screw the nuts onto the screw rods for safekeeping.
(2) Make assembly marks on each bearing end cover, remove the fastening bolts of the bearing end cover, take off the end cover, measure the thickness and number of asbestos gaskets on the bearing end cover with an outer micrometer, and make original records.Preliminary inspection of the bearing end cover, there is no wear and crack on the end face of the seam.
(3) Before jacking up the upper cover, check whether there are missing screws and other abnormal phenomena (jack up the upper cover with jacking screws, and hoist it to the prepared backing plate, and the crane operation shall be on duty with a certificate) .Special attention: the original meshing position of the gears should be marked, and the meshing should be carried out in the original order when reassembling.
(4) Disassemble the protective cover of each part, disassemble the motor and brake wire, pay attention to mark when disassembling the wire, and use it as a reference when reassembling.
(5) Remove the pin of the high-speed shaft coupling of the reducer, untie the toothed coupling of the low-speed shaft, and move the two halves of the coupling to both sides.Before disassembling the couplings of the high and low speed shafts of the reducer, the relative positions must be marked with a flat shovel or a sample punch, as the basis for the relative positions of the couplings.
(6) Remove the anchor bolts of the motor and hang down the motor.When removing the anchor bolts of the motor, record the thickness and position of the original anchor gaskets as a basis for alignment.Loosen the brake anchor bolts, remove the brake adjusting screw, disassemble the brake, and remove the brake.Remove the backstop of the reducer and place it in the designated position to avoid bumping.
