How to maintain Siemens Siemens reducer that has been deactivated for a long time

The maintenance method of Siemens reducer is as follows:
Cleaning and protection
First, cut off the power supply to ensure maintenance operation in the absence of electricity. Use a clean cloth to wipe the dust, oil and debris on the surface of the reducer to keep the appearance clean
For exposed metal parts of the reducer, such as the shaft end of the machine housing, appropriate amount of anti-rust oil or grease can be applied to prevent rust. If the reducer is in a dusty or humid environment, plastic film or canvas will be used to prevent dust and vapor from entering.
Lubrication system maintenance
Check the oil level and oil quality of the lubricant in the reducer. If the oil level is too low, lubricant of the same type should be added to the specified oil level; if the oil quality deteriorates, if there is a blackening, emulsification and odor, all the old oil should be discharged, and the oil tank and lubrication system should be cleaned with a special cleaning agent, and then a new lubricant should be replaced.
For reducers that use oil bath lubrication, it is necessary to ensure that the amount of oil in the oil pool is sufficient and the oil standard is clearly visible, so that the oil level is regularly observed for forced lubrication reducers, it is also necessary to check whether the oil pipes and other components of the oil pump filter oil pipelines are normal, and whether there is any blockage or leakage.
Sealing inspection
Carefully check the various sealing parts of the reducer, such as the connection between the oil seal end cap flange, etc., to ensure that the seal is good and there is no oil leakage. If the seal is aging, damaged or deformed, a new seal should be replaced in time to prevent lubricating oil leakage and external impurities from entering the inside of the reducer.
Fastening parts inspection
The anchor bolt connection bolt bearing end cover bolts, etc. of the reducer are tightened to prevent bolts from being loose due to long-term deactivation and possible vibration. When tightening the bolts, operate according to the specified torque to avoid damage to components or unstable connection due to excessive or too small torque.
Cart operation
Regularly (usually at least once a month) the reducer will rotate slowly and at a certain angle, which will help prevent the gears and bearings and other components from being stationary for a long time and cause local rust or oil film damage. At the same time, it can also be checked whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether there is any stagnation.
