The following are the specific steps for replacing the lubricating oil of RF57-157-2.2KW reducer:
Preparation: Make sure the reducer has completely stopped running and the power is cut off, and prepare lubricating oil, oil connection container, wrench, funnel, filter, cleaning cloth and other tools suitable for the reducer.
Oil drain: Place an oil-connecting container under the oil drain screw plug of the reducer, open the ventilator on the top of the reducer case, and then open the oil screw plug to allow lubricating oil to flow into the container. If the reducer has a magnetic plug on the oil drainage block, it needs to be removed and cleaned.
Rinse (optional): After the old oil is basically discharged, a small amount of new lubricating oil can be used to rinse the inside of the reducer to remove sediment, metal particles and residual old lubricating oil in the box. The rinsed oil is also discharged through the oil drain port.
Cleaning: Wipe the inside of the oil tank and oil pan with a cleaning cloth or filter to ensure that there are no impurities and dirt residues. If conditions permit, you can also use a special cleaning agent to clean it, but be careful to clean the residue of the cleaning agent after cleaning.
Replace the oil releasing screw plug: Install the oil drain plug or oil drain plug back to its original place and tighten it to ensure a good seal and prevent oil leakage.
Refuel: Slowly pour the new lubricant into the oil injection port of the reducer through the funnel. During the refueling process, be careful to avoid impurities entering the oil, and observe the oil level at the same time.
Check oil level: Refuel to the position specified by the oil ruler or the appropriate oil level corresponding to the installation position of the reducer, and do not add too much or too little.
Install the ventilator and oil level screw plug: After the oil level is checked correctly, tighten the ventilator and oil level screw plug.
