1. Main lubrication methods

  • Core method: oil bath lubrication (splash lubrication) , the gear is immersed in the lubricating oil pool, and when rotating, the oil is brought up to form an oil film, which lubricates key parts such as the meshing surface and bearings.

3. Key matters needing attention

  • Oil level control: Add oil to the center line of the oil window to avoid excessive oil level, which increases energy consumption, and excessive oil level, which causes insufficient lubrication.

  • Oil change operation: Drain the oil after stopping the machine to cool down, thoroughly clean the impurities at the bottom of the oil tank, and then add new oil to the specified level.

  • Compatibility: Gear oils of different brands and models cannot be mixed. When changing oil brands, the oil tank must be thoroughly cleaned.
