The structural characteristics and precautions of the four series SA77-123.86-1.5KW reducer motor:
Structural features
Gears and worm gears: Use high-quality gears and worm gear materials, which have been precision machining and heat treatment, and have high strength, hardness and wear resistance, which can ensure the smoothness and reliability of the transmission and reduce noise.
Box: Usually made of high-strength cast iron, with good rigidity and heat dissipation performance, can effectively withstand various forces and torques during the operation of the reducer, and dissipate the heat generated during the operation in a timely manner to ensure that the reducer operates within the normal working temperature range.
Bearing: High-performance bearings are selected, which can withstand large radial and axial loads, ensure stable operation of the shaft system, reduce wear and vibration, and extend the service life of the reducer.
Sealing device: equipped with a reliable sealing structure, such as oil seals, sealing rings, etc., which effectively prevent lubricating oil leakage, maintain a good lubricating state inside the reducer, and at the same time avoid external dust, impurities, etc. entering the reducer, affecting its normal operation.
Things to note
During operation, it is strictly forbidden to use the reducer to exceed its rated power, rated torque and maximum input speed, so as to avoid overload and damage to the reducer.
When performing frequency conversion speed regulation, the operation should be carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements of the motor and reducer to avoid problems such as excessive frequency changes or exceeding the allowable range, resulting in overheating of the motor or unstable transmission of the reducer.
If the reducer needs to be used under harsh environmental conditions (such as high temperature, humidity, high dust, etc.), corresponding protective measures should be taken, such as adding protective shells, strengthening ventilation and heat dissipation, and using special grease to ensure its normal operation and service life.
When inspecting or maintaining the reducer, the power must be cut off first and necessary safety measures must be taken to prevent accidental start-up from causing injury to personnel or equipment damage.
