The chain hazards of NGW-L41 planetary reducer case rupture are as follows:
1. Complete failure of structure and positioning
The box is the reference support seat for the planet carrier, sun gear, ring gear, and bearings. After rupture, the coaxiality and parallelism will directly collapse;
The gear meshing backlash is disordered, resulting in eccentric load, tooth gnawing, and tooth beating. The planetary gear is severely uneven in stress, and it is easy to chip and break the gear;
The bearing seat is deformed and cracked, the bearing clearance is abnormal, the raceway is worn, the cage is broken, and it gets stuck quickly.
2. Comprehensive collapse of the lubrication system
Oil leakage from the box → Insufficient oil level, interruption of oil supply, dry grinding of high-speed meshing surfaces, gear burning, and gluing;
Dust, iron filings, water vapor, and muddy water invade from the cracks, the lubricating oil emulsifies, and the impurities exceed the standard, turning into "abrasive paste";
The cooling fails, the temperature rise of the whole machine soars, the seal ages, the oil seal lip burns out, and the oil leakage further aggravates.
3. Vibration, noise and impact are sharply amplified
The box body is rigidly broken, the shock-absorbing ability of the whole machine disappears, and the operating vibration increases exponentially;
The abnormal noise ranges from a slight buzz to a crashing sound to the sound of metal shattering, the fuselage shakes, and the coupling swing exceeds the standard;
The impact load directly hits the gears and bearings, causing fatigue cracks to expand rapidly and accelerating the scrapping of the entire machine.
4. Output load bearing and safety loss of control
NGW-L41 is mostly used for hoisting, winches, conveyors, and hoists. After the box body is cracked, the torque load drops off a cliff;
When the load is heavy, the casing cannot support the inner ring gear, causing the inner ring gear to loosen and move. In severe cases, the machine may hold back, lock up, or break the shaft;
Under lifting/transporting conditions, it is easy to cause major safety accidents such as vehicle slipping, falling objects, and equipment overturning.
