When installing the ZQ500-20.49-2 reducer, in addition to coaxiality, the following issues need to be paid attention to:
Installation location and foundation
Position selection : The reducer should be installed in a smooth, dry and clean position to ensure sufficient space for maintenance and inspection. At the same time, it is necessary to facilitate staff to access oil standards, ventilation plugs and oil drain plugs.
Foundation fixation : The reducer must be installed on a solid foundation or base to prevent vibration and displacement during operation. The strength and stiffness of the foundation should be able to withstand the weight of the reducer and the load during operation.
Installation Direction : Determine the optimal installation direction for the reducer according to the manufacturer's recommendations, usually horizontally, but there are some special models that can be installed vertically. The installation direction will affect the lubrication effect and heat dissipation performance. If the installation direction is incorrect, it may lead to poor lubrication or poor heat dissipation, which will affect the service life of the reducer.
Fixing method : Use the correct fasteners to securely fix the reducer to the base, and the tightening torque of the bolts should comply with the manufacturer's regulations. The connecting bolts can be tightened 2-3 times in diagonal order to ensure uniform tightness and prevent loosening caused by vibration.
Lubrication system
Lubricating oil selection : ZQ series reducers generally use HJ40-50 mechanical oil, or HL20-30 gear oil. Specific choices should be based on the reducer's instruction manual and working environment.
Oil quantity inspection : After the reducer is installed, the oil level should be checked to ensure that the oil level of the lubricant oil is within the range indicated by the oil mark. When refueling, oil should be refueled from the oil level plug until the lubricating oil overflows from the oil level plug hole.
Connection interface
Coupling selection : Try to avoid using rigid fixed couplings, and elastic couplings, etc. can be used to compensate for certain coaxial errors and absorb vibrations. The model and specification of the coupling should be selected according to the input power, speed and torque of the reducer.
Installing transmissions : When installing transmissions on the input shaft and output shaft of the reducer, it is prohibited to use tools such as hammers to install them violently. The internal threads of the assembly clamps and end shafts should be used to press the transmissions into the transmissions through bolts to avoid damaging the parts inside the reducer.
Sealing treatment : Check whether the reducer's seals are intact, such as oil seals, O-rings, etc., and install them correctly to prevent lubricating oil leakage. When installing seals, pay attention to the direction and installation order of the seals to avoid damage or failure of the seals.
Trial operation inspection : After installation is completed, no-load trial operation shall be carried out, and the time shall not be less than 2 hours. Observe the operation of the reducer and check whether there are abnormal noise, vibration, oil leakage and other phenomena. If problems are found, shut down and check and troubleshoot the fault in time.
