(1) Types and selection principles of racks
1. The racks can be divided into four categories: special racks for glass-lined reaction tanks, no fulcrum, single fulcrum and double fulcrum.
2. In principle, the selection of the rack is based on the size of the output shaft diameter of the reducer to determine the rack model. As long as the interface form and installation size match, the size of the output shaft of the reducer can fluctuate up and down for the rack model within a certain range. .The frame produced by our company is generally suitable for vertical cycloid reducer.If the user needs a vertical reducer of other specifications and models, the model and specification of the reducer must be stated when ordering, and the connection size of the reducer base and the size of the output shaft shaft end must be provided. Within a certain range, the reducer and the frame The connection (including the connecting shaft) is adjusted by our company and supplied to meet the needs of users.
3. No fulcrum rack.The frame itself has no shaft support point, and the stirring shaft is based on the two support bearings of the output shaft of the reducer as the force fulcrum.It can be used to transmit small power, not subject to or only subject to small axial load, stirring device that is not too strong.The connection between the stirring shaft and the reducer must use a rigid coupling, especially the JQ type clamshell coupling or the SF type three-part coupling is the best, and the standard JA type coupling of our company can also be selected.
4. Single fulcrum rack.Those who meet the following conditions are the best to choose a single-pivot rack.
(1) The mixing container is equipped with a bottom bearing as a force fulcrum;
(2) The body of the shaft seal is equipped with bearings (including rigid bushings) as a force fulcrum (the degree of force is specified in accordance with the requirements of the shaft seal).
(3) In the mixing container, a guide bearing is provided in the middle of the shaft as a fulcrum for force (that is, the middle bearing).
When the stirring shaft with the above conditions is selected, when a single fulcrum frame is selected, the coupling between the stirring shaft and the reducer must use the HL type elastic pin coupling.However, in practical applications, rigid couplings are often used instead of elastic pin couplings to connect the stirring shaft and the deceleration shaft output shaft, and the bottom bearing or middle bearing fulcrum is cancelled.Such use simplifies the application conditions of the single fulcrum rack, but it is only suitable for occasions where the stirring is not strong, the power is small, and the load on the bearing is small.At this time, the coupling should use the GT type rigid flange coupling to facilitate the micro-adjustment of the axial dimension; in principle, the JQ type clamp coupling cannot be used. Change the bearing structure of the mixing shaft by using a tapered hole self-aligning roller bearing with an adapter sleeve, or removing the suspension ring in the clamp coupling, so that there is room for proper adjustment of the axial position of the stirring shaft.
5. Double fulcrum rack.When it is not suitable to choose a rack with no fulcrum or a single fulcrum, a double fulcrum rack should be used.However, the selected double fulcrum frame lower fulcrum bearing structure
