What tools and materials are needed to replace the bearings of the WHC200-50-III worm gear reducer?

It meets the bearing replacement requirements of WHC200-50-III medium and large, low-speed and high-torque machines. The tools are divided into three categories: disassembly, assembly, and testing. The materials are divided into core spare parts and auxiliary consumables. It fully covers the entire disassembly and assembly process. There are no redundant items and can be directly used in the picking list.

1. Necessary tools (categorized according to disassembly-assembly-testing, all are indispensable)

1. Special tools for disassembly

1.1 Bearing disassembly and assembly tools: hydraulic puller (suitable for bearing inner diameter, recommended 10-30t, suitable for medium and large bearings), bearing heater (electromagnetic induction type, temperature controllable 0-200°C, hot installation/hot removal required), puller supporting top sleeve (to prevent strain on the journal), puller auxiliary pad

1.2 Bolt disassembly and assembly tools: torque wrench (range 50-300N·m, suitable for box/end cover bolts), open-end wrench (14-32mm set), torx wrench (14-32mm set), socket wrench (14-32mm set), hexagonal wrench (6-18mm set)

1.3 Tools for body disassembly: box top screws (M16-M20, 2-4 pcs, separate the upper and lower boxes), crowbars (2 pcs, auxiliary separation parts, no sharp ends), copper rods (2 pcs, φ20-30mm, avoid damaging the body by knocking)

1.4 Auxiliary disassembly tools: brush (1 hard bristles + soft bristles), compressed air gun (to clean debris), lifting sling (sling/hook, adapted to the weight of the reducer, lifted to the maintenance platform)

2. Special tools for assembly

2.1 Precision assembly tools: bearing installation sleeve (matches the outer ring/inner ring of the bearing, assists in smooth press installation), copper hammer (1 piece, tap for positioning), rubber hammer (1 piece, no impact assembly)

2.2 Seal assembly tools: seal installation tools (adapted to oil seal size to prevent lip damage), glue gun (adapted to anaerobic sealant)

2.3 Auxiliary assembly tools: clean rags (several), protective gloves (1 pair each of wear-resistant and heat-insulating), heat-insulating cotton (wrapped around the journal to protect during heating)

3. Special tools for testing (control accuracy and prevent secondary failures)

3.1 Gap detection tools: feeler gauge (0.01-1mm), inner diameter micrometer (50-150mm, measuring bearing seat hole), outer diameter micrometer (20-100mm, measuring journal)

3.2 Accuracy testing tools: dial indicator + meter base (measuring shaft end runout and axial movement), plug gauge (measuring box joint surface clearance)

3.3 Temperature detection tool: thermometer (range 0-200°C, monitors bearing heating/operating temperature)
