Which parts of planetary reducer are easily damaged?

Planetary reducer is a widely used precision transmission component, and its components will inevitably be damaged after a long time. In order to keep it running normally for a long time, we need to check and maintain it regularly. Then, there are three common easily damaged components of planetary reducer: gears, oil seals and bearings.

1. gear

It is the core component of planetary reducer. During the operation of planetary reducer, gears mesh with each other to transmit power. Generally, planetary reducers run at a very slow speed, so the gears are easily worn. Every once in a while, we have to make a thorough inspection of the planetary reducer gear to ensure the normal operation of the planetary reducer.

2. Oil seal of lubricating oil

When the planetary reducer works, it will generate a lot of heat, which will cause the internal temperature of the planetary reducer to rise sharply. However, the planetary reducer is easy to make the oil seal deformation part of lubricating oil seep out at high temperature, so the leakage of lubricating oil in planetary reducer should be observed at ordinary times. Once the oil leakage is found, the oil seal should be replaced in time, and then an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be added to ensure the normal operation of the planetary reducer.

3. Bearings

Planetary reducers generally run at high speed, and so do bearings, which can easily lead to the damage of bearings. Usually, once the planetary reducers are found to be abnormal. Check the bearing in time, and replace it in time if it is damaged.
