To prevent vibration of the motor and ZDY250-2.5-1 reducer, we need to start from three aspects: 'basic calibration + component maintenance + operation monitoring'. The core is to control the level and coaxiality to eliminate the source of vibration.
Strictly control the level, and calibrate the motor and reducer base and axis level according to the standard of ≤0.05mm/m to avoid vibration caused by uneven force.
To ensure that the coaxiality reaches the standard, use a laser alignment instrument or feeler gauge to detect the coupling to ensure that both radial and angular deviations are ≤0.1mm to reduce transmission shock and vibration.
Fix the base firmly, and tighten the anchor bolts evenly to the specified torque. If necessary, install anti-loosening washers to prevent loosening during operation of the equipment and amplification of vibration.
Check the coupling regularly and promptly replace aging or damaged elastic sleeves, plum blossom pads and other buffer parts to avoid vibration caused by rigid impact.
Ensure that lubrication is in place, add suitable type of lubricating oil according to equipment requirements, and replace it regularly (reducer oil should be changed every 2,000 hours of operation) to prevent vibration caused by dry grinding of gears and bearings.
Inspect rotating parts, regularly check the balance status of motor rotors and reducer gears, and repair or replace them promptly if wear or deformation occurs to avoid vibration caused by unbalanced rotation.
Monitor vibration data in real time, use a vibration detector to regularly detect the vibration value of equipment operation (reference standard: ≤4.5mm/s), and stop the machine in time for investigation if it exceeds the standard.
Optimize the installation environment and install shock-absorbing pads or shock absorbers on the equipment base to reduce vibration transmission and resonance; avoid rigid connections between the equipment and other machinery and reserve a reasonable distance.
Avoid overload operation, start and operate strictly according to the rated load of the equipment, prohibit frequent start and stop or overload operations, and prevent vibration caused by impact loads.
