If it is close and no shock absorbing device is installed, use a vibration meter to detect the vibration of the installation surface. If the amplitude exceeds 5 μm, it is a strong vibration interference condition.
2. Detect the working conditions of machinery
Shaft alignment accuracy : Use a laser alignment instrument or dial indicator to measure the matching deviation between the input shaft and the motor output shaft. Under normal working conditions, the radial deviation is ≤0.05mm and the angular deviation is ≤0.1°; if the deviation exceeds the standard, it means that the alignment is in poor working conditions, which may easily lead to abnormal operating vibration.
The fit between the installation surface and the flange : Use a level to check the levelness of the installation plane. Normally it should be ≤0.1mm/m; then check the flange joint surface. If there is oil residue, the fit gap is uneven, or the gap exceeds 0.01mm when measured with a feeler gauge, it indicates that the flange fit is not in good condition. In addition, check the flange bolt hole positions. If the deviation exceeds ±0.1mm, it is also a condition where the matching accuracy does not meet the standard.
3. Evaluate load and operating parameter conditions
Load intensity : Compare with P2SA30 rated torque parameters, and use load testing equipment to detect the output torque during actual operation. If the torque is above 80% of the rated torque for a long time, it is a heavy load condition; if the torque fluctuates frequently, such as intermittent cutting during machine tool processing, it is a variable load condition; if the torque is stable and lower than 50% of the rated torque, it is a light load condition.
Operating temperature rise and stability : After 5-10 minutes of no-load operation, use a thermometer to measure the shell temperature. Under normal operating conditions, the shell temperature ≤ ambient temperature + 45°C. If the temperature rises too fast, the load may be too heavy or the installation resistance is large. At the same time, when turning to the rated speed without load, if there are abnormal noises and speed fluctuations, it indicates abnormal operating conditions, which may be related to improper fit tolerance during installation.
4. Confirm the installation structural form and working conditions
Installation and placement method : Observe the installation status of P2SA30. If the output shaft is vertical to the ground, it is a vertical installation condition, which is common in elevators and other equipment; if the output shaft is horizontal, it is a horizontal installation condition, which is mostly used in machine tools, robots and other equipment.
Fixing and connection method : If it is fixed on the foot base through anchor bolts, it is a foot base installation condition; if it is directly connected to the driving equipment through a flange plate, it is a flange installation condition. At the same time, check the anchor bolts or flange bolts. If they are tightened diagonally in stages and there is no looseness, it is a standard fixation condition. Otherwise, it is a weak fixation condition.
