2. Replacement of lubricating oil
After 300-600 hours of first use, the lubricating oil should be replaced.After that, replace the lubricating oil every time the reducer works for about 4000 to 6000 hours.
3. Start oil supply
The reducer that has been placed for more than one day (that is, the time without working state) and is started with full load should be lubricated with circulating oil, and the lubricating oil should be supplied to the place that needs to be lubricated before starting.If it is oil-immersed lubrication in the oil pool, it is recommended to manually supply the upper half of the gear with lubricating oil from the window before starting.
Four, the size of the oil injection
The amount of oil filled in the box for oil pool lubrication should be specified in the standard parameters or refer to the reducer manufacturer's instruction manual for the reducer.If circulating oil is used for lubrication, it is recommended to control the amount of oil at 0.5L/KW, or calculate it according to heat balance and bonding strength.
