Baseline noise range and basis : This model is a medium-sized industrial-grade worm reducer with a center distance of 100mm, a transmission ratio of 63, and the adapted input power and output torque are at a medium level. Combining the common characteristics of worm gear reducers with 'small meshing impact and smooth transmission', as well as the industry's test data for arc tooth worm reducers of the same specifications, under the standard input speed of 1500r/min and rated load conditions, the noise is usually stable at 60 - 70dB (A). This range complies with the conventional noise standards under the rated load of medium-sized industrial reducers, is similar to the noise intensity of daily vacuum cleaner operation, and will not cause serious interference to the workshop environment. In addition, some manufacturers of this series of products indicate that the gears have been processed by gear grinding, which can further improve the transmission balance and bring the noise closer to the lower limit of the range.

Noise fluctuation under different working conditions : The actual noise will change as the working conditions change.
