2. Sharp and harsh friction sound: It is most likely that the lubricating oil is insufficient or the oil has deteriorated. Lack of lubrication leads to dry friction of gears and bearings, resulting in sharp and abnormal noises. It is necessary to stop the machine immediately for inspection and replenish or replace the appropriate lubricating oil to avoid serious wear of components.
3. Dull knocking and rattling sounds: mostly caused by gear wear, tooth surface damage or foreign matter stuck. Drying dust entering the box can easily cause gear wear, meshing misalignment, or impurities getting stuck in the gear gaps, causing impact and abnormal noise during operation. It is necessary to stop the machine and disassemble it to clean out impurities and check the gear wear. If the wear is serious, replace the gear accessories in time.
4. Intermittent shaking and abnormal noise: mainly caused by damaged bearings or loose fixing screws. Long-term vibration will cause bearing wear and gap enlargement. Loose base screws will cause the equipment to shift and cause vibration and abnormal noise during operation. It is necessary to tighten the fixing screws, check the status of the bearings, and replace them promptly if damaged.
Warm reminder: If abnormal noise is detected, be sure to stop the machine for maintenance in time. If minor faults are not dealt with, major faults such as gear breakage, reducer locking, and complete machine shutdown will occur in a short period of time, and the maintenance cost will double.
