1. Carry out the maintenance process carefully.When overhauling, the process regulations must be carefully implemented.The oil seal must not be installed in reverse, the outer edge must not be deformed, the spring must not fall off, the surface of the joint must be clean, the sealant must be evenly applied, and the amount of oil must not exceed the oil stain.

2. Improve the ventilation hole cover and inspection hole cover.The internal pressure of the reducer is greater than the external atmospheric pressure, which is one of the main reasons for oil leakage.Oil leakage can be prevented if the pressure inside and outside the machine is balanced.The inspection hole cover must be opened every time refueling.Once opened, the possibility of oil leakage will increase once, and the leakage will occur in the original position.Therefore, an oil cup type exhaust cover was made, and the original thin inspection hole cover was changed to a thickness of 6mm, and the oil cup type exhaust cover was welded to the cover.The vents are 6mm in diameter for easy ventilation.The pressure is balanced, refueling from the oil cup when refueling, without opening and checking the hole cover of the reducer, thus reducing the chance of oil leakage.

Three, wipe.Static seals can usually be treated to prevent leakage.However, due to the aging of the seal, poor quality, improper assembly and high surface roughness of the shaft, the leakage of the dynamic sealing point is still small.The working environment is harsh, coal dust sticks to the shaft and looks greasy.Therefore, the oil on the shaft must be wiped off after the equipment stops running.

Fourth, keep it open.In order to prevent the reducer gear from accumulating too much lubricating oil on the shaft seal, it is necessary to flow the excess lubricating oil back to the oil pool in a certain direction.The oil return groove inclined towards the inside of the machine is opened in the center of the lower shell of the bearing housing, and there is also a gap in the straight opening of the end cover.

5. Use new sealing material.For static sealing point leakage, a new type of polymer repair material can be used for sticking and plugging, so as to eliminate oil leakage.

six.Improve the shaft seal structure.

The oil leakage of the reducer is mainly related to some accessories.In particular, check the fuel tank at this time.Note that the oil does not have to be topped off, or the chances of an oil leak may increase.The other is to check the tightness of the device.
