The maintenance of the ZSC750-34.5-3 oil pool inclined reducer during operation needs to focus on five core links: lubrication management, seal detection, temperature monitoring, regular cleaning and oil replacement . The inclined oil pool is sensitive to the oil level. If it is too high or too low, it will affect the lubrication effect:
Oil level inspection frequency :
Check once a month under normal working conditions; check once every 2 weeks in high temperature, high humidity or heavy load environments (such as factory workshops). The frequency should be increased during rainy seasons to prevent moisture penetration.
Oil level measurement method :
Stop the machine for more than 30 minutes and wait until the oil temperature drops to ambient temperature. Remove the upper observation cover and insert the oil dipstick vertically into the bottom of the tank to measure. The oil level of No. 1 plate should be 285~300mm, No. 2 plate 215~225mm, and No. 3 plate 195~205mm (make sure it exceeds the bottom ball).
Lubricating oil selection :
It is recommended to use ISO VG 320 or L-CKD 320 extreme pressure industrial gear oil. In high temperature environments, PAO synthetic oil is preferred to improve anti-oxidation performance.
The oil change cycle directly affects the life of the equipment:
First oil change : Drain the initial oil within half a month of operation of the new machine, and replace it with new oil to the center line of the oil window.
Regular oil change cycle : Replace every 6 months. Use summer oil in summer and replace winter oil in winter to avoid poor lubrication caused by viscosity mismatch.
Key points for oil change operations :
Drain the old oil completely. Because there are dead corners in the tilted oil pool, it is recommended to flush it multiple times or use oil pumping equipment to remove residual oil;
It is strictly forbidden to mix old and new oil, otherwise it will dilute the additive concentration and reduce the lubrication performance;
Clean the upper end cover before filling with oil to prevent impurities from entering the box and wearing out the gears.
Seal failure will lead to lubricant leakage and impurity intrusion:
Daily inspection items :
Observe whether the oil window is clear and whether there is emulsification, blackening or metal shavings;
Check the input/output shaft end oil seal and the box joint surface for leaks. Minor oil leakage needs to be dealt with;
Make sure the breathable cap is unobstructed to prevent oil leakage or moisture absorption from rising pressure inside the tank.
Environmental protection :
Install a moisture-proof respirator in a high-humidity environment to prevent the lubricating oil from absorbing water and emulsifying, which will affect the lubrication effect.
Real-time monitoring can detect potential failures in advance:
Temperature monitoring :
The temperature rise of the bearing part shall not exceed 45℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 95℃; the temperature of the oil pool should generally not exceed 70℃. If the temperature exceeds 70℃, the machine should be shut down in time for investigation.
Vibration detection :
Use a vibration meter to measure the vibration speed of the box. The effective value should be ≤2.8mm/s; if there is a sudden increase or periodic fluctuation, check whether the anchor bolts are loose and whether the coupling alignment is offset.
Noise Judgment :
The sound is uniform during normal operation. If there is a 'clicking' sound, it may mean that the gear teeth are broken. A 'buzzing' sound indicates that the bearing preload force is too large or the lubrication is insufficient.
