1. Hammering method.
The hammering method of the gear reduction motor is an assembly method in which a hammer applies an external force to the inner or outer ring of the bearing through a copper rod or a soft metal sleeve.This method is suitable for small bearing assembly.
2. Push in method.
That is, a press is used instead of manual loading and bearing assembly.
3. Heating method.
Put the bearing of the helical gear reducer into the oil tank and heat it evenly to about 100°C.Mount on shaft immediately after removal.When heating, the bearing should not be placed at the bottom of the fuel tank, 50~70mm away from the bottom of the fuel tank.Electric induction heaters can also be used to heat the bearings, but the bearings must not be directly heated and assembled with a gas torch.
4. High pressure oil injection method.
For large bearings of helical gear reducers or bearings with tapered holes, use an oil pump to inject high-pressure oil into the mating surface to form an oil film to reduce friction between the mating surfaces.For this reason, the axial oil passage should be processed on the shaft, the oil groove should be processed on the journal of the geared motor, and the thread should be processed on the surface oil passage entrance to connect with the manual oil.Pump through the fitting.When assembling the bearing of the gear reduction motor, when the high-pressure oil is injected into the joint surface, the axial force is applied to push the bearing to make it in place, and the oil supply is stopped.
5. Remove bearings with gear motor tool.
Use a two-leg puller or tool to pull the inner and outer rings of the bearing for removal.However, it should be noted that during disassembly, the disassembly force should not act on the rolling elements of the helical gear reducer, but should act on the rolling elements of the rolling bearings on the inner and outer ring sections, and there should be a gap between the inner ring and the outer ring. And clearance between raceways is necessary.to compensate for errors in manufacturing and assembly.and room for thermal expansion and deformation.At the same time, it is necessary to facilitate the formation of oil film.Ensure the normal operation of the rolling elements of the gear reduction motor and prolong the service life of the bearings.The clearance of rolling bearings is divided into adjustable clearance and non-adjustable clearance.
