Temperature condition : Oil temperature is an important indicator. Vibration and Noise : Use a noise detector and vibration detector to detect the noise and vibration levels of the reducer. Abnormal noise and vibration may be caused by wear of gears, damage to bearings or poor assembly.
Lubrication system : Regularly analyze the oil in the reducer and detect the oil pollution degree, moisture content, viscosity and other indicators to judge the health status of the reducer. If the oil is obviously turbid or does not meet the indicator requirements, it should be replaced as soon as possible.
Connecting parts : Check regularly whether the fastening parts such as connecting bolts, nuts, etc. are loose. If there is any looseness, tighten them in time to prevent the parts from loosening and causing additional wear and vibration, which will affect the normal operation of the reducer.
Gear status : Check whether the gear has excessive wear. The wear amount of tooth thickness generally does not exceed 15% of the original tooth thickness. The meshing contact should not be less than 50% of the tooth height. The misalignment degree of the two meshing teeth should not be greater than 5% of the tooth width. There are no cracks in the rim and spokes. Some tooth loss does not exceed 15% of the original tooth thickness. There must be no adjacent tooth loss.
Bearing status : Check whether the bearing elements have cracks, falls, scars, rust spots, pitting or discoloration, whether the cage is intact and has no deformation, whether the rotation is flexible and there is no abnormal noise, and whether the outer ring and the bearing seat are static cooperation.
Axial concentricity : Use professional testing equipment to detect the concentricity of the input shaft and output shaft of the reducer to determine whether there are any problems such as shaft deflection or bearing wear. Abnormal concentricity may lead to increased vibration of the reducer and wear of the gear.
