To determine whether the different axial degrees of the axis line of the ZL65 soft tooth surface reducer meet the requirements, the following methods can be used:
Use measurement tools to detect :
Dial meter measurement method : Fix the dial meter to the housing or other stable part of the reducer, so that the measuring head of the dial meter is against the surface of the shaft end to be measured, and slowly rotate the shaft. The swing range of the dial meter pointer is the radial jumping amount of the axis center line, and different axial degrees can be judged based on this. If the amount of jump exceeds the allowable range, it does not meet the requirements. Generally, soft-tooth surface reducers allow a certain degree of shaft system deviation, such as a shaft system deviation within 0.15mm without affecting the transmission accuracy.
Micrometer measurement method : For the journal part, you can use a micrometer to measure the diameters of different positions. By comparing the measurement values, you can judge the roundness and cylindricality of the journal, which indirectly reflects the situation of the axis line. If there is obvious non-circumference or cylindrical error in the journal, it may mean that there are different axes problems in the axis center.
Observe the running status and judge :
Vibration situation : Different axis differences in axis line will cause the vibration of the reducer to intensify when the reducer is running. The vibration amplitude of the reducer can be monitored through the feel or the installation of a vibration sensor. If the vibration is significantly greater than normal level and other reasons such as gear wear and bearing damage are excluded, it is likely that the different axial degrees of the axis line do not meet the requirements.
Temperature changes : The abnormal axis line will cause poor meshing of the gears and uneven bearing forces, resulting in an increase in the operating temperature of the reducer. The bearing part and gearbox housing temperature can be measured through a thermometer or temperature sensor. If the temperature continues to be high and exceeds the normal operating temperature range, the problem of different axial degrees of the axis line must be considered.
Noise condition : When the axis center does not meet the requirements when different axial degrees do not meet the requirements, abnormal noise will be generated by meshing of the gear. The noise of the reducer is relatively stable during normal operation. If there is a harsh, sharp or irregular noise, it can be suspected that it is caused by the axis line problem after excluding factors such as gear quality.
Inferred based on the signs of equipment failure : If the reducer has seal leakage, premature bearing damage, and intensified gear wear, and these failures are not caused by common causes such as poor lubrication and overload. It may also be that the different axial degrees of the axis line do not meet the requirements, resulting in worsening of the equipment operating conditions, which in turn causes a series of faults.
