1. Determine the coefficient of the driving device
2. Determine the Prime Mover coefficient
3. Determine the allowable input speed of the gearbox
4. Determine the reduction rate
5. Determine the type of gearbox and select the transmission efficiency
6. Determine the input power of the gearbox by the torque or power required to drive the equipment
7. According to the count, check the transmission capacity table to determine the gearbox specification; if it does not meet the conditions, please consult Bapman.
8. Check Peak Torque
9. Check the radial force and axial force of the output shaft
10. Calculate the power utilization rate to determine its coefficient
11. Determine the lubrication mode
12. Determine the specific model according to the input and output mode and installation direction.
