3. Put a cycloid needle in the cycloid needle case.Turn it by hand to see if it is smooth.Whether to swing.
4. Insert the eccentric bearing.Because the bearing hole of the cycloid bearing is equivalent to the shell of the eccentric bearing.Therefore, the correct position of the eccentric bearing is that the bearing hole of the cycloid gear completely contains the cylindrical ball of the eccentric bearing.
5. Put in the isolation ring.It's an iron ring smaller than a cycloidal needle (now some of them are not iron)
6. Put in another cycloidal wheel.The most important thing is to put this wheel.The embossed characters of this cycloidal wheel must be upward as the embossed characters of the bottom cycloidal wheel, the embossed characters of the upper and lower cycloidal wheels must be staggered by 180 degrees, and they must be in a straight line.Characters with upper and lower cycloids cannot be placed together!Special attention must be paid to this point!(Note: Individual manufacturers have marked the installation coincidence mark on the cycloidal wheel, but the only exception is that the upper and lower cycloidal wheels of all Changzhou-made cycloidal pin wheel reducers must be staggered by 180 degrees!)
7. Put the bushing into the cycloidal pinhole accordingly, and turn it by hand to see if it can be turned.Check that the installation is correct.If it can rotate smoothly, you can install the basic parts to synthesize a complete cycloid reducer, haha!At this point, you can consider it complete
