1. When purchasing a cycloidal wheel, please check whether the two cycloidal wheels are in a pair.The manufacture of cycloids is based on a pair (that is, a pair) as a unit.Purchases are also one-to-one or one-to-one purchases.The individual cycloid wheels per payment are not interchangeable, and the two wheels of the cycloid wheel are not separated during the production process.The concept of a pair is that the two cycloidal wheels can be completely overlapped (that is, when the side with the stamp is placed upward at the same time), the bearing hole is enlarged, and the ten holes (shaft pin hole) and the external tooth type are simultaneously fully overlapped.It looks like a piece from the front.If it can be completely overlapped, it is proved to be a pair and cannot be overlapped.Instructions are not a pair and cannot be used.Notice.Anyway, the cycloid wheel is there.There are marks on the cycloidal wheel, and the marked side must face up during installation.Each pair of cycloidal wheels is also marked differently.The location of the number marks keyed in by each manufacturer is different.The marking positions of domestic manufacturers are generally coincident position markings (the marking positions coincide), but there are also installation position markings.Wherever it's marked, it's just an aid to help check that it's a pair of wheels.


2. Rotate one of the cycloid wheels 180 degrees.That is, when the middle bearing hole and the ten holes completely overlap, the outer tooth profiles are just misaligned.The position of the tooth root of the upper part is exactly the position of the tooth crest of the lower part.Notice.The relative position of these two wheels must be remembered.It's better to mark it yourself.Or memorize where the original markings were on the wheel.(This is a cycloidal wheel with a single tooth difference. Two tooth differences do not need to rotate 180 degrees)


3. Put a cycloid needle in the cycloid needle case.Turn it by hand to see if it is smooth.Whether to swing.


4. Insert the eccentric bearing.Because the bearing hole of the cycloid bearing is equivalent to the shell of the eccentric bearing.Therefore, the correct position of the eccentric bearing is that the bearing hole of the cycloid gear completely contains the cylindrical ball of the eccentric bearing.


5. Put in the isolation ring.It's an iron ring smaller than a cycloidal needle (now some of them are not iron)


6. Put in another cycloidal wheel.The most important thing is to put this wheel.The embossed characters of this cycloidal wheel must be upward as the embossed characters of the bottom cycloidal wheel, the embossed characters of the upper and lower cycloidal wheels must be staggered by 180 degrees, and they must be in a straight line.Characters with upper and lower cycloids cannot be placed together!Special attention must be paid to this point!(Note: Individual manufacturers have marked the installation coincidence mark on the cycloidal wheel, but the only exception is that the upper and lower cycloidal wheels of all Changzhou-made cycloidal pin wheel reducers must be staggered by 180 degrees!)


7. Put the bushing into the cycloidal pinhole accordingly, and turn it by hand to see if it can be turned.Check that the installation is correct.If it can rotate smoothly, you can install the basic parts to synthesize a complete cycloid reducer, haha!At this point, you can consider it complete
