5. Bearings and fasteners: Bearings are mostly made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15), and anchor bolts and connecting bolts are made of grade 8.8/grade 10.9 high-strength carbon steel or alloy steel.。
High-strength alloy structural steel is preferred for transmission components, taking into account both hardness and toughness to meet the needs of heavy-load and high-speed working conditions.
The box body is mainly made of cast iron, taking into account both cost and vibration damping properties. It can be upgraded to cast steel for heavy loads or harsh environments.
The materials of all force-bearing parts must comply with national standards such as GB/T 3077 (alloy structural steel), GB/T 9439 (gray cast iron).
