ZSY280-80-1 is a three-stage cylindrical gear reducer with hard tooth surface. In the daily operation of mechanical equipment, wearing parts usually refer to those parts that require regular inspection and replacement due to frequent wear or aging.
For this reducer, its main wearing parts and wear parts that need special attention include:
1. Core wearing parts and easily worn parts
1. Seals (such as skeleton oil seals, O-rings, sealing paper pads)
This is the most common wearing part of the reducer. They are mainly used to prevent lubricating oil leakage and dust ingress. If oil or air leakage is found at the shaft extension or joint surface of the reducer, it is usually because the seals are aged or damaged and need to be replaced directly with new ones.
2. Bearings
The bearing supports the operation of the gear shaft and will wear out under long-term high-load operation. If the reducer experiences increased vibration, abnormal temperature rise, or significant noise increase during operation, it is often related to bearing wear or damage.
3. Gears and gear shafts
Although the ZSY series is made of high-strength alloy steel and has been carburized, quenched and ground to achieve high hardness, gears and shafts are still vulnerable parts under long-term overload operation or poor lubrication. Common signs of damage include:
Gears: Tooth surface wear, pitting, and even tooth breakage in severe cases.
Gear shaft: The shaft surface, keyway or bore is worn.
4. Connecting fasteners
For example, parts such as screw holes in bearing holes are prone to wear in long-term vibration environments, leading to fastening failure.
2. Maintenance suggestions
In order to extend the service life of these wearing parts and ensure the stable operation of the reducer, it is recommended to perform the following routine maintenance:
1. Regularly check the lubricating oil: The reducer should be changed for the first time after working continuously for 200 to 300 hours. After that, the oil should be replaced with new oil generally every 5000 hours of working or once a year. Be sure to use the same brand of lubricating oil, and check the oil quality regularly. If impurities or deterioration are found, replace them in time.
2. Pay attention to the operating status: Pay attention to the sound, vibration and temperature of the reducer on a daily basis. Once an abnormality is discovered (such as louder noise, violent fuselage vibration), the machine should be stopped immediately to check the wear of internal gears, bearings and other components.
3. Standard operation: Strictly follow the instructions to avoid long-term overload operation. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil needs to be preheated to above 0℃ before starting.
