JZQ750-40.17-I gear reducer is a medium and large transmission equipment. During the trial operation (no load/load), it is necessary to focus on preventing risks such as mechanical injury, electrical failure, oil leakage, etc. Safety precautions must cover the entire process before trial operation, during operation, and after shutdown , as follows:
1. Safety preparation before trial operation
1. Regional safety isolation
Demarcate an exclusive safety area for the trial operation of the reducer, set up warning signs (such as 'No entry for equipment trial operation'), and prohibit entry by unrelated personnel.
Clean all debris, tools, and flammable objects in the area, and ensure that there is at least 1.5m of operating space around the reducer to facilitate observation and emergency treatment.
2. Personnel qualifications and protection
Operators participating in the trial operation must undergo professional training and be familiar with the reducer structure, operating procedures and emergency response procedures. Unlicensed personnel are strictly prohibited from operating.
Operators must wear protective gloves, anti-impact goggles, and non-slip safety shoes. Long hair must be tucked into a safety helmet. Loose clothing is prohibited to avoid being caught in rotating parts.
3. Equipment and electrical safety inspection
Confirm that the reducer anchor bolts and coupling bolts have been tightened to the specified torque, and the anti-loosening devices (spring washers, anti-loosening nuts) are installed in place and are not loose or missing.
Check whether the motor wiring and grounding are reliable. The electrical control box needs to be locked. An emergency stop button must be installed and ensure it is sensitive and effective. The emergency stop button must be clearly marked and easy to operate.
During no-load trial operation, the connection between the reducer and the load equipment must be disconnected to avoid abnormal load side damage to the reducer or cause safety accidents.
Confirm that the vent plug of the reducer has been opened, the lubricating oil level meets the requirements (1/2~2/3 of the oil mark), and there is no leakage in the sealing part to prevent slipping caused by oil spray or oil leakage during operation.
4. Emergency preparation
Equip necessary emergency tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers, fire extinguishers), formulate an emergency response plan, and clarify the shutdown process and personnel evacuation routes when equipment abnormalities occur.
2. Safe operation during trial operation
1. Safety regulations for start and stop operations
Before the trial operation is started, all personnel in the area must be verbally warned, and no operation can be performed until no one is within the rotation radius of the equipment.
Prioritize the inching test run (1 to 2 seconds each time), and observe whether the running direction is consistent with the arrow mark on the machine body. Reverse operation is prohibited; if abnormal noise or vibration occurs during the inching process, stop the machine immediately for investigation, and forced continuous operation is strictly prohibited.
During continuous operation, operators need to observe from the side or rear of the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to stand facing rotating parts such as couplings and shaft ends to prevent parts from flying out and injuring people.
